We are a Sheep and Beef dry stock farm in the Kereru district. We are 480 ha however 100ha is ineffective land that is in 72 ha regenerating bush and 18 ha of Pinus Radiata. We have are part of a local catchment group, focusing on water quality, which thus far reads as exceptional water quality being measured from our groups catchment area. We embark every season to plant new areas of the farm in native trees - either by creating new fenced off sediment traps to assist in water quality, or by planting shelter belts in natives or ineffective areas of the farm into natives. We are passionate about our environment and would love to know about any assistance we could receive in acquiring natives for planting on our farm.
